Return of the GOODS mentioned above are subject to the SPAZIO Lighting (pxy) Ltd "STANDARD TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALE" including any additional terms SPAZIO may specify in the GOODS RETURN APPROVAL (GRA). I accepx on behalf of the DISTRIBUTOR that: No GOODS can be returned before the GOODS RETURN AUTHORISATION (GRA), is signed by a SPAZIO Authorised Representative. SPAZIO may, at their sole discretion, charge for transport costs and may specify the conditions for returning GOODS to SPAZIO. GOODS must be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging with all relevant documents and the Warranty conditions must have been complied with. If SPAZIO establishes that returned GOODS were altered or specially manufactured or imported, the GOODS shall be returned at the DISTRIBUTOR'S cost.
